    (#6) Condition: Severe Difficult to Treat Nodular Acne
    I\'ve been on Clarvis for 5 weeks now 1st 4 months made me break up not sever but a pimple here and there... im on week 5 now and its cleared up still a pimple or two but very tiny un-noticeable. Chapped lips, dry skin hoping this stuff takes care of it all!! my dr rated my acne 2 out of 10 but I still insisted I needed it so I got it so I can completely elimiate it .

    I started on 30mg twice a day 04/03/09, this is my second week and I am still as I did the first week experiencing dry lips, and now my scalp has started itching just a slight bit. I have noticed this second week that I have a couple of cysts under the skin, and am trying not to touch. The first one I got I picked at and it is a mess on my face. I am staying positive since it does say that the skin can get worse before it gets better so I am staying positive.

    I begun taking Claravis 2 months ago. I have this acne on my barrel and everything I utilised just didn't work. I eventually went to proceed glimpse a skin doc and he begun me off with just 20mg which reading about all the side effects shocked me alittle but so far so good. Right now I am on 40mg two times a day and the only difficulties I am actually having is the chapped lips (aquaphor will become the love of your life) I am currently glimpsing good outcomes from claravis and I still got 4 months to go.

    I was a bit discouraged throughout 1st to 3rd month because I sensed my acne was getting worse. In the middle of the 3rd month I eventually begun to clear up and now (starting month 6) I am absolutely clear. Chapped lips are the norm; dry scalp is making my hair gaze great; self esteem is higher than ever since I begun getting praises on my attractive skin. I would suggest this medication to any person with continual acne.

    During the first month I took 1 40mg tablet daily. Week 1, no change. Week 2, sensative scalp and reddening of the face/ arms. Week 3 sensative to sunlight and dry lips. Week 4, dry lips and skin sensed very tight. I have now begun my second month and now take a 40mg tablet two times daily. Week 5, My face is alomst absolutely clear, certain thing I have not ever experienced. However, tender scalp, dry lips (just use allotments of chap attach or petroleum jelly) Week 6, brilliant red arms with a dry rash(use Eucerin calming lotion), and I am starting to observe some feeling alterations, I appear to get furious easier. All in all the medication appears very productive as long as you can organise the side effects.

    My child has been on Claravis for nearly one month. His lips are very dry, with the bends of the mouth cleft the most. Makes it tough to open the mouth to eat. He has had a minor change in his demeanor. He is aggitated easier. His acne is answering well with his face answering better than his back. He takes 40 mg. two times daily. His nose is furthermore dry, initating nose bleeds. He has had his second body-fluid draw to ascertain for increased cholesterol (results not renowned at this time).
