I took cabergoline for 1 month and my prolactin grade fallen to usual very satisfied now I am having gentle side effects to it but I need to glimpse my Dr. and glimpse if he conceives it's associated to the medicine.

I only take 1/2 a tablet a week. This surgery is starting to decline my prolactin levels. I do seem exhausted when taking this surgery, but pleased I am, as it is painful to have uwanted breast milk that is not needed. I find it odd that I have high prolactin grades, I haven't had any young kids yet. My medical practitioner doesn't understand why either. Can any person help me response this?

I have profited many of heaviness since I have not had a period over 2 years now I have been identified with having a prolactive difficulty so I was prescribed cabergoline. After over 2 years of infertility treatments, my new medical practitioner did an MRI and discovered I had a pituitary tumor (microadenoma). Many persons don't recognize that expanded prolactin grades can origin you not to ovulate, and thus, you can't get pregnant. I was misdiagnosed as having polycystic ovarian syndrome for 8 years. I didn't have expanded milk output, so this was not ever advised by my other doctors. I've been on the surgery for about 5 months now (1 tablet two times a week). I just discovered out I'm 4 weeks pregnant! After 6 years of endeavouring and even utilising Clomid (fertility meds), this surgery explained my difficulties in just a couple of months. :) As a edge note, I not ever had any matters with dizziness or fatigue. I would habitually take my surgery after a serving of food or before I went to sleep.

I have been taking this for about 6 years now - I'm up to 1 tablet 3x a week. I begun making breast milk for no cause (never been pregnant). Found out I have a pituitary mind tumor which is initating the high grades of prolactin. Started out at a much smaller dose but the tumor has not halted growing. The meds have halted the milk output though. The meds made me ill to my stomach at the start but after about a month, my body modified and now they generally don't hassle me except I haven't eaten. To the mail from 1/23 - I would glimpse an endrocrinologist expert and be checked for a pituitary tumor (MRI).
