As soon as discovered I was pregnant went to my Dr.and he gave the prescription for Prenate DHA, after reading the labeling CAREFULLY!!!! I saw that one of the ingredients listed is HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL!!! ARE YOU KIDDING MEEEE.. that company approved TRANS FAT ON PRENATAL VITAMINS...WHATS THE DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE...I bouht it and returned it BACK to the farmacy, I much rather eat organic food or balanced diet rich in vitamins and GOOD OILS!!!

After trying a few different samples of prescription prenatal vitamins I chose Prenate DHA. Although the pill is large, I don\'t have a problem taking it, and I haven\'t had any side effects from it. I do try to take it with food and wouldn\'t take it before bed because it has B vitamins in it. Probably the best thing of all is that I only have to take the one vitamin to get everything I need versus two separate capsules--one for folic acid and one for DHA.

My major difficulty at the start was it's huge. i took it the first day and was awfully emotional, then I swapped to Tandem DHA- it's many lesser and I didn't have any nasty side effects.

I took the vitamin right after evening meal and went to bed 2 hours later. I had problem dozing (felt hyper and over anxious), had pains in my back and sensed many of force in my barrel and throat. I was aroused all evening in rather a bit of discomfort.

I went to the medical practitioner when I was a about 4 weeks along, everything looked fine. I begun taking this prenatal vitamin the day after departing the medical practitioner office. 17 days subsequent I went back to the medical practitioner and they said I was going to miscarry. The vitamin made me over-emotional, desire to lash out on other ones, certainly ill feeling, and incapable to eat. When I swapped back to my other prenatal vitamins I went back to normal. I wasn't ill certainly, I didn't desire to bawl or lash out, and I was adept to eat. I marvelled if Prenate DHA was doing that to me, what did it do the baby?

My medical practitioner begun me on this because I'm in the method of endeavouring to get pregnant. So far, I have had no difficulties with this medication. It was making my stomach a little bit distressed when I took it in the mornings, so I begun taking it at evening, and I've been fine.

I was taking trials of Primacare, DuetDHA, CitricalDHA, and Prenate DHA. I liked certain thing with DHA and folic acid. I discovered that all of them made me seem like vomiting and provided me fishy burps except for the Prenate DHA. I attached with Prenate DHA and discovered that it was much more tolerable and all in all a better vitamin. I had a large know-how with this one and I recomend it!

This Prenatal vitamin made me enlarge up like a large-scale air balloon! I didnt' get it. This is my second pregnancy and I am only at 8 weeks right now, and 30 minutes after taking this medication, I start to swell. I am not ever taking it again! I loved my first pregnancy prenatal, caltrate. Hopefully the medical practitioner will have me swap back to that when I proceed glimpse him tomorrow.
